A ticket is a revocable license to attend one event at the date, time and venue shown at purchase. Your name (and any guest names you enter) is placed on the door list; bring photo ID that matches. Tickets are not transferable except by emailing us before the event to change the name on the list.
All sales are final. If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, automatically. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket is honored for the new date; if you cannot attend, email us within seven days of the reschedule announcement for a full refund. No refunds for no-shows, late arrival, weather, or changes to the lineup or set times.
Set times, door times, supporting acts and lineup may change. Such changes are not a cancellation and do not entitle you to a refund.
Our events take place at independent venues we do not own or operate. The venue controls admission, security, conduct, alcohol service, food, parking and the condition of its premises. By attending you agree to follow the venue's rules and the directions of its staff. Any claim arising from the venue's premises, its security, or the service of alcohol is a matter between you and the venue.
Our events are all ages unless stated otherwise at purchase. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid government-issued ID, at the venue's discretion.
We or the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or a risk to others, without refund.
Live music events involve loud sound, crowds, low light and movement of people and equipment. You attend at your own risk and accept the ordinary risks of a live event, including hearing damage from prolonged exposure to loud sound.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected to a ticket or event is limited to the price you paid for the ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of or damage to personal property.
Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending you consent to appearing in photos, video and audio that we may use for promotion, without compensation.
You must be 18 or older to purchase. A parent or guardian may purchase on behalf of a minor and is responsible for that minor at the event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Hawaiʻi County, Hawaiʻi.
